Our Staff

As a nurse practitioner, Theresa holds a graduate level degree. Since 2002, she’s been working at Atlantic Gastroenterology Associates in the areas of staff education and clinical research. As Director of Clinical Research, she not only oversees the trials but she coordinates patient visits and care.

Prior to joining AGA, Theresa worked at Atlantic Rheumatology. She also served as a Clinical Nurse Educator in Oncology and a Staff Development Instructor at Shore Memorial Hospital. She began her career as a registered nurse in Intensive Care at the hospital.

Theresa’s work has been recognized in the industry. She received the Carol Jean Adkisson Leadership in Nursing Award in 2000, the Nursing Faculty Award for Academic Excellence from Atlantic Community College in 1992 and was honored by the Nurses United in Recruitment Strategies in Education and Service in 2002.

A proud member of the staff at Atlantic Gastroenterologists since 1998, Sally M. Sikora is an Advance Practice Nurse who brings a wealth of experience.

She has worked in administration and supervisory roles at Atlantic City Medical Center, William B. Kessler Memorial Hospital and Shore Memorial Hospital. It was a natural extension for Ms. Sikora to become an instructor. She became director of education and nursing clinical services, and preceptor for graduate nursing students at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. She served as associate professor at Atlantic Cape Community College and Cumberland County College, and preceptor for undergraduate and graduate nursing students at University of Delaware, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, La Salle University, Atlantic Cape Community College and Atlantic County Vocational School, and continues many of these affiliations today.

Ms. Sikora is a board certified advanced practice nurse, board certified clinical nurse specialist, board certified nurse administrator certified in addiction medicine and chemical abuse, and a certified critical care registered nurse.

She is one of the first advanced practice nurses in southern New Jersey to be credentialed by the Medical Staff to practice in local hospitals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and a Master of Science degree in nursing from La Salle University.

With a Master of Science in Nursing and impressive list of clinical credentials and certifications, Judith G. Randolph continues to raise the bar for excellence at Atlantic Gastroenterology Associates. At times she is the first line of defense against gastrointestinal disease and handles advanced consultations and patient care at the office, hospitals, nursing home extended care facilities and rehabilitation facilities.

Prior to joining AGA, Judith worked at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point, NJ with Internal Medicine and with Nephrology in Hemodialysis at both the hospital unit and the Shore Memorial regional satellite unit. She also worked at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's Mainland Campus, and served in the Critical Care and Emergency Units as well as many other departments. She also worked part time at the Children’s Seashore House Rehabilitation Hospital in Atlantic City, NJ.

In addition, she served in the Critical Care and Emergency Units at Mariners Hospital in Tavernier, Florida.

She brings more than three decades of experience in all aspects of nursing to AGA, including critical care, emergency, medical, surgical, maternity, labor and delivery, newborn nursery, pediatrics, neurological, trauma, oncology, radiology, post anesthesia, detoxification and psychiatric units. She also accompanied pediatric patients from Seashore House in Atlantic City to Children’s Hospital in Pennsylvania.

Judith earned an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Atlantic Cape Community College of New Jersey, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and Master of Science Degree in Adult and Geriatric Nursing from Rutgers University of New Jersey. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and a Professional Registered Nurse in both New Jersey and Florida and a Certified Nephrology Registered Nurse in New Jersey. She holds an Automated External Defibrillator Certification, ACLS/BLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support/Basic Life Support Certification and NJ CDS/DEA Certification.

Judith is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Nurses Association, New Jersey State Nurses Association, ANCC Board Certification, Nurse Practitioner Association of Southern New Jersey and is recognized in Who’s Who Magazine.

Judith G. Randolph continues to maintain credentials and clinical privileges at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Shore Memorial Hospital, Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation, Seashore Gardens Living Center, Absecon Manor, Mainland Manor, Our Lady’s Residence Health Care Center, Meadowview Nursing and Rehab and Linwood Care Center.

A hospital-based nurse practitioner, John Bartholomew assists Atlantic Gastroenterology Associates with the administration of treatments, medications and procedures. As an advanced practice nurse with a graduate degree, he is able to perform many duties of a physician.

John brings with him extensive experience in a surgical setting. He was an advanced practice nurse and coordinator of care for Iqbal and Khan Surgical Associates. There he was responsible for pre-op and post-op care as well as educating patients about what to expect.

He has worked as a professional nurse for South Jersey Health System and as a charge nurse for the Regina Nursing Center. He is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau-International Honor Society of Nursing. He holds an M.S. in Nursing from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Ziggy B. Fietkiewicz trained with world-renowned gastroenterologists at Pennsylvania Hospital and Temple University Hospital for the first eight years of her career. Then, when she relocated to the shore, she found a similar world-class approach at Atlantic Gastroenterology Associates. She’s been here ever since, and has enjoyed every minute of her 33 years.

As head of the non-invasive GI diagnostics area of AGA, Ms. Fietkiewicz oversees the procedures that help physicians determine treatment. The Hydrogen Breath Test measures lactose and fructose intolerance. The H-Pylori Test investigates whether a germ is causing inflammation and/or ulcers. The Restech Studies determine whether a person’s stomach acid is rising high into the throat. The Small Bowel and Esophageal Capsule Studies detect presence of disease. Ms. Fietkiewicz guides patients from start to finish through these tests, reassuring and coaching whenever needed, so they will be as comfortable with the procedures as possible.
